How do I move in online?

Choose your unit, sign the lease, and pay your first month — all online, in about 10 minutes. You’ll get your gate PIN by SMS straight away, and the unit is yours immediately. No appointments, no waiting.

What are your access hours?

6am to 10pm, 365 days a year. You can come and go any time during those hours using your personal PIN.

Is the office open?

The office isn’t always staffed — we’re a small business, so most of the day-to-day runs through online booking, SMS, and phone. If you need to speak to someone in person, call (02) 4454 3800 first to make sure we’re around.

How do I get my gate PIN?

Your PIN arrives by SMS as soon as your online signup is complete. It’s yours from then on — keep it private.

Do I need to bring a padlock?

No. We provide a free marine-grade padlock with every rental. It’ll be waiting inside your unit when you arrive.

Are my items safe?

The facility is monitored by 4K CCTV across every unit row, with bright LED lighting after dark. A security guard does a random patrol each night. Every gate entry is logged against your PIN. Your items are very safe.

Do you sell boxes or rent equipment?

No. Since the rebrand to Hampton Self Storage, we no longer sell boxes or hire trolleys, trailers, or equipment — we focus exclusively on storage. For moving boxes and packing supplies, try Bunnings Ulladulla.

How long can I stay?

As long as you need. Storage is paid month-to-month with no minimum stay and no maximum. Move out any time with a 14 days’ notice.

What can’t I store?

Lithium batteries are not permitted under any circumstances — including e-bikes, e-scooters, power tools with batteries attached, or loose battery packs. Lithium battery fires are a serious risk to the entire facility. Also no flammable liquids, gas bottles, hazardous chemicals, food, plants, or anything illegal. If you’re unsure about a specific item, give us a call.
